I understand that:

1. By submitting this application, I agree to these terms and conditions, and that I/my organisation will become liable for the fee for the course or event (Program Fee) and will be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Bookings are made on a “first-come, first-served” basis. If the course or event (Program) is already fully booked, I may be placed on a waiting list.
3. Payment is due at time of booking, unless MBS agrees to accept a group or organisational enrolment and issue an invoice.
4. Payment can be made by EFT, Credit Card or where MBS agrees in relation to group bookings, by Purchase Order, and that my enrolment in the Program is not confirmed until full payment is received.
5. If I withdraw or cancel my attendance for a short course, MBS is under no obligation to refund any portion of the Program Fees. Refunds, deferrals or transfers to another course will be at MBS’ discretion.
6. If for any reason my Program is cancelled by MBS, I may choose to enrol in an alternate program (up to the same value) or will be provided with a full refund.
7. If I do not attend the Program, MBS reserves the right not to issue a certificate of completion or equivalent recognition.
8. All Program prerequisites, as specified by MBS in the course outlines, must be met prior to attendance and you are responsible for ensuring that the Program meets your needs. We do not provide refunds if you find a Program too easy or too difficult after attending. Please contact us before your course if you have any questions as to its suitability.
9. By submitting my application, I confirm that I am over 18 or the age at which I can legally enter into a contract in the jurisdiction in which I am applying for the Program. If you are under 18 and wish to enrol in the Program, please contact us to discuss suitability and guardian approval.
10. The terms and conditions of your enrolment and participation in the Program you are enrolling in are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia and I unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
11. All intellectual property in Program materials, content and courseware belongs to MBS and must not be modified, copied, distributed, displayed, published or commercially exploited. You may not create derivative works from it and must not share online passwords or any other means of accessing Program materials or content.
12. Use of MBS websites is subject to the terms of use available by link at the bottom of the relevant MBS website.
13. MBS reserves the right to alter and add terms and conditions applying to enrolment and participation in its courses from time to time.
