What is the MBA Summit?
The MBA Summit is an exciting co-curricular event for Melbourne Business School Online MBA students.
The MBA Summits run between teaching periods so that they don’t interrupt your studies. There will be at least two Summits held each year. The MBA Summit currently take place in Melbourne, with future plans to expand the event to different capital cities.
Full event details will be available with plenty of time to plan and schedule for networking success.
Will the MBA Summit tickets be available for students studying the Graduate Diploma, Graduate Certificate or Professional Certificate in Business Administration?
MBA Summit tickets are available to students studying the Graduate Certificate and Graduate Diploma, however, priority tickets will first be offered to students studying the full Online MBA.
MBA Summit tickets will generally not be available for students of the Professional Certificate in Business Administration. However, this may change pending ticket availability.
What is included in the MBA Summit fees? Are entry, flights, accommodation costs etc. included or are there additional costs?
There is no charge for the MBA Summit, as registration and tickets are included in your tuition fees. However, students are responsible for the costs of travel and accommodation to attend the MBA Summit.
Your ticket for the MBA Summit includes catering for one dinner, two breakfasts, two lunches and nibbles at a networking event with MBS alumni.
Is it mandatory to attend the MBA Summit? (There is a benefit in attending but how critical are these)
Recognising the value of the MBA Summit for enhancing your career, studies and networking opportunities, students are encouraged to attend at least two MBA Summits throughout their studies. However, attendance at the MBA Summits is not currently a hurdle requirement.
